If you want to change or reset your YouTube TV password, then you should make changes to the Google account password. Because you had used the Google account and its password for signing in to YouTube TV.
Steps to Change YouTube TV Password
Using Android
- Browse myaccount.google.com and get signed in to your Google account Or Gmail app > Select account > Manage your Google account.
- Choose to Manage your Google Account.
- Select Personal info > Password Or Select Security > Password.
- It may either ask you to sign in again or your current password. Provide the credential.
- And type the new password twice and choose Change password.
Now your YouTube TV password is changed.
Using iOS/iPadOS
- Browse myaccount.google.com and sign in to your Google account Or Gmail app > Select account > Manage your Google Account.
- Specify Security > Password Or Select Personal info > Password.
- It may either ask you to sign in or your current password. Do the asked one.
- Type the new password twice for its verification and select Change password.
Using Computer
- Browse myaccount.google.com.
- If asked to sign in, then provide the email address and the current password of your Google account and get signed in.
- Specify the Security option and click Password.
- You may need to sign in once more or it’ll ask your current password for the verification. Provide the asked one.
- Enter the new password twice and click Change password.
Steps to Reset YouTube TV Password
- Browse accounts.google.com/signin/recovery.
- Step2: Provide your email or phone number which is associated with your Google account and click Next.
- It’ll ask for any previous password of this account. Provide it if you know and move to Step15.
- If not, then tap Try another way.
- If you’ve chosen the alternative way, then it moves to the recovery items in your account.
- If you’ve attached any recovery email address or phone number. Then do further.
- If you have a recovery email address, a reset link will be sent to your recovery email address. Use the reset link and do further from Step15.
- If you’ve provided the recovery phone number, then a code will be sent to that number. Enter it in the respective field and proceed further from Step15.
- If you didn’t attach any recovery email or phone number, then tap Try another way.
- You have to answer the Security Questions which you had answered while creating the account.
- After answering, move to Step15.
- If you don’t know the answers, then tap Try another way.
- It’ll guide you to wait for 12 hours and check your email. A mail will be sent for verification.
- After doing so, you’ll receive a password reset link. Use the link to reset the password.
- Affix the new password twice and save your changes.
