Steps to Get Facebook on Samsung TV
Using SmartThings App
- Connect your Samsung Smart TV and your Android or iOS to the same Wi-Fi.
- Install Facebook and the SmartThings app on your Android or iOS. And set up them.
- Open the SmartThings app on your phone and choose the Hamburger icon.
- Then hit the Location option and pick the location on your phone.
- Now specify the Plus icon on your phone.
- Pick the Add Device option.
- Choose your Samsung Smart TV. Now your Samsung Smart TV is added with the SmartThings app.
- Then use the Smart View option in the SmartThings app to mirror your Android or iOS to your Samsung Smart TV.
- Go to Facebook on your Android or iOS and it’ll be displayed on your TV.
Steps to Install and Activate Facebook Watch on Samsung Smart TV
- Provide a power supply to the Samsung Smart TV and connect to the internet.
- Click Smart Hub button on Samsung Smart TV remote.
- Access Apps.
- Choose the Magnifying Glass icon.
- Now search for Facebook Watch and select it from the list.
- Then click Install and then launch the app.
- Open Facebook Watch and sign in to your account.
- An 8 digit code appears on your TV. Access the browser on your Mobile or PC and browse www.facebook.com/device.
- Then enter the code in the respective field on your Mobile or PC and choose Continue.
- Now your Facebook Watch will refresh itself on your Samsung Smart TV. After that, you can watch what you want.
